The Dome is Berkshire School's student-run Literary and Arts Magazine. As a senior in high school, when I was just starting to realize my love for design, this project was my introduction into what the world of graphic design could entail. 

 

I was introduced to the magic of InDesign, and created the layout for the entirety of the magazine. However, I had to balance that with my other duties as Chief Editor. I worked with my handpicked team on collecting writing samples and art pieces from students. Then, there was the editing process of the chosen samples and the curating of each spread. 

 

The process of creating this magazine not only introduced me to design work, but it also immersed me in collaborative teamwork and communication. Special thanks to my writing editors, Addie Bullock  and Liza Bernstein, and my visual arts editor,
